Since Ayers Nursing Home opened our doors in 1961, we have been family owned and operated. Judd and Allie Ayers brought this care facility to Southwestern Oklahoma and today their grandson, Mike Ayers runs the place alongside Administrator Becky Green. The Ayers family and the staff take pride in the privilege to continue to serve the local community by providing skilled nursing care and long term care service.
As a facility, we strive to give high quality care to all residents, as well as personalized service that is catered to the needs of each resident. We are also happy to provide wholesome, homemade food to our residents.

We offer a wide variety of services to the local community including skilled therapy (speech, occupational, and physical therapy), long term care services, activities and social services, Alzheimer's care and a dietary management.
